About Us
Esil Business School
established in 2013 at Esil University (1999-2022 – Narxoz), holds licenses to provide education in the MBA, EMBA, and DBA programs. All educational programs of the business school are approved and entered into the Register of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main principle of the business school is the acquisition of knowledge with confirmed quality and measurable progress in professional and personal development.
We assess the participant's progress: we use a feedback system between the participant, the trainer, and an individual mentor.
Professional Certification for Managers: we offer you the opportunity to obtain an international certificate confirming managerial qualifications - the CMI of the British royal society of managers*. We prepare the participant for the examination, help submit the application, and provide support during the manager qualification assessment.
*CMI is an international body for the certification of management professionals, recognized by the Royal Charter of Great Britain, established in 1947 in England.)

The International Business School diploma will be of the state-issued format; the content of all programs is monitored and reviewed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
