Academic Work

The department's disciplines are provided with educational and methodological materials for their study in accordance with the State Compulsory Education Standards and standard programs. Students can also use the department's electronic library.

The main goal of the educational and educational-methodological work at the department is to create conditions conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of the educational process, as well as to direct efforts toward improving the methodology of teaching disciplines, providing direct methodological support for the educational process, implementing recommendations developed as a result of scientific-methodological work, and raising the pedagogical qualifications of the department's faculty.

Today, the Department of Law pays serious attention to such forms of training as work placement. In this regard, the department actively cooperates with institutions, foundations, enterprises, and organizations. The result of such cooperation is the existence of agreements on providing students with placements for internships, as well as the creation of department branches at enterprises.

As part of their industrial and pre-graduation internships, students conduct analytical research on the economic activities of enterprises and administrative structures (the most significant of which are the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a law firm, and brokerage companies).

Department members participate in preparing documents for planning the academic process, course calendar plans, the schedule of students' independent work, and the schedule for completing industrial, professional, and research internships.
