Esil University once again serves as a co-organiser of the 11th International CEO Congress on Social Sciences (CEOSSC), to be held on 13–15 June 2025 at the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre (Portugal). Participants may attend in either in-person or online format.
The Congress was organised in collaboration with the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre (host university), Esil University, Career Point University, Acacia University, IPMI International Business School, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, the Samarkand Branch of Tashkent Economic University, International Vision University, Alfred Nobel University, Nişantaşı University, the University of Prizren, Cyprus West University, Ciputra University, ACMIT, Insec, NCM Publishing, CEO Tekmer, Ostim Technical University, and Mardin Artuklu University.
The Rector of Esil University, Ayapbergen Taubayev, will participate in the congress as an invited speaker, representing the university at an international academic platform.
Following the congress, a collection of abstracts with an ISBN will be published. The submitted paper may be published in an international book, a full-text proceedings volume with an ISBN, or in an international peer-reviewed journal, depending on the editor's approval and the peer-review process.
Following the congress, each participant who delivered a presentation will be sent a "Certificate of Participation," while selected authors will receive a "Best Paper" document via email.

The theme of the congress: "Interconnected Futures: Overcoming Global Challenges" — an exploration of the interconnection of social, economic, environmental, organisational, and technological challenges, as well as the development of interdisciplinary solutions for a sustainable future. Previous congresses have been attended by scholars from approximately 40 countries. We welcome your participation and contribution to the scholarly discussion.
