On April 23, as part of Career Week, a field session was held for students of the Social Work educational programme at Esil University.
The practical session was held at a Home for the Elderly, where future specialists were able to gain direct familiarity with the specifics of social work in institutions of this type.
The event was aimed at broadening students' educational experience and consolidating theoretical knowledge in a real professional environment. Participation in such field trips contributes to the development of practical skills, empathy, and an understanding of the importance of social support for elderly people.
Faculty and students noted the significance of such instructional formats, emphasizing that practical training in social institutions contributes not only to professional development but also to the formation of personal readiness for future professional activity.
