A practical session on the subject of Business Process Management, titled "Risks in Business Processes," was conducted at the Department of Management by Senior Lecturer Tulegenova K.T.
The objective of the session was to develop students' practical skills in identifying, assessing, and managing risks in business processes.
The session was conducted using gamified approaches aimed at enhancing interactivity and student engagement in the learning process. During the session, students worked with case studies, participated in role-playing activities, and modelled real-world managerial situations, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
The use of gamification elements contributed to the development of teamwork skills, decision-making under conditions of uncertainty, and an increased interest among students in the discipline being studied.
