В ресторанно-гостиничном комплексе «Farhi Hall» состоялась встреча студентов 1 курса образовательной программы «Туризм». Мероприятие было организовано к.э.н., доцентом А.М. Баяндиновой и ст. преподавателями А.Г. Гиззатжановой и Н.Д. Әсемжар. В ходе встречи студенты познакомились с менеджерами ресторанно-гостиничного комплекса «Farhi Hall».
The event was aimed at familiarising students with the practical training base, discussing employment opportunities, and providing information regarding the company's requirements for prospective candidates.
During the event, representatives of Farhi Hall GRK informed students about their operations, corporate culture, as well as internships and vacancies available to students of the university. Students were given the opportunity to ask questions, learn about the key skills valued in the company, and receive advice on preparing for professional employment.
The event also included mini-interviews during which students were able to demonstrate their knowledge and interest in working for the company.
Special gratitude is extended to HR Manager Nariman Sarsenbinov for organizing the event, as well as to Manager Askhat Tastemirоv for his participation and high level of professionalism. Their efforts contributed to the successful conduct of the meeting and the creation of comfortable conditions for all participants.
Upon conclusion of the event, students expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to engage with a prospective employer and emphasised the value of the information received for their future professional advancement. Representatives of GRK "Farhi Hall" noted the high level of student preparedness and expressed their interest in further cooperation with Esil University.
The event marked an important step in establishing a connection between the university and the company. In the future, it is planned to continue such meetings to expand career opportunities for students and strengthen partnerships with leading employers.
