Students of Esil University participated in a meeting with the city's youth leaders on the topic of "World Election Day," which is annually observed on the first Thursday of February, recognized as the professional holiday of electoral authorities.
The tradition of celebrating World Election Day originated with the association of election organisers of European countries, of which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a full member.
