A Seminar on the Significance of State Symbols Was Held at Esil University

An informational and educational seminar was held at Esil University as part of the patriotic campaign "My Flag — My Homeland", organised by the State Institution "Centre for Heraldic Research" with the support of the university.

The primary objective of the seminar was to promote state symbols, familiarise participants with their history, and strengthen a sense of patriotism among young people. The event was attended by representatives of state bodies, members of the academic community, faculty and students of higher education institutions, as well as citizens with an interest in state symbols.

Within the framework of the seminar programme, a thematic exhibition of heraldry and numismatics was organised, at which unique materials were presented to the participants. Reports on the activities of the State Institution "Centre for Heraldic Research" were delivered by Acting Director Myrzakhanov Adilkhair Yerzatovich; reports on the History of State Symbols were presented by Department Head Bizhanov Asylzhan Samigollovich; and reports were given by Chief Specialist on the use of state symbols Orazayev Sultan Berikovich.

Explanations were provided regarding the types of liability pertaining to state symbols. A discussion was held during the seminar in which participants shared their views. A special quiz game was organized for participants, and commemorative badges were presented to the winners and most active attendees.

Following the seminar, participants received more detailed information about the significance of state symbols, the proper procedure for their use, and the legal liability associated with them. The event was conducted at a high standard and received positive feedback from participants.
