At Esil University, within the framework of the international scientific-practical conference "Youth and Science of the 21st Century: Realities and Prospects," a sectional session on Management was held, bringing together students, master's degree students, and faculty.
During the session, 9 reports were presented, dedicated to current issues in management, economics, entrepreneurship, digitalization, and human resource management.
A distinctive feature of the section was its multilingual format: presentations and discussions were conducted in Kazakh, Russian, and English, which contributed to active scholarly dialogue.
The work of the section was also conducted within the framework of the Department of Management's research projects, which enhanced the practical significance of the discussions and their connection to current research.
The section proved to be an effective platform for the exchange of ideas, demonstrating the high level of participants' preparation and the relevance of the topics raised.
