From December 13–15, 2023, Esil University Foreign scholars from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation delivered lectures to faculty members, graduate students, and undergraduate students of the Faculty of Business and Management enrolled in the Finance educational programme.
On December 13–14, lectures were delivered by Professor Igor Georgiyevich Shandra, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Information Technologies and Big Data Analysis, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, within the framework of the "Visiting Professor" program in a distance format on the discipline "Financial Mathematics."
On 14 December, Vladimir Borisovich Gisin, Professor at the Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Big Data Analysis at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, continued the lecture course on the topic "Mathematics of Blockchain."
On 15 February, Al-Nator Muhammad Subhi, Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Big Data Analysis at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, delivered a lecture on "Actuarial Mathematics and Risk Theory."
This lecture course is essential for undergraduate and graduate students when conducting calculations and writing degree theses and master's dissertations, as well as when applying economic-mathematical methods and constructing economic models in final academic works.
