A tutor hour was conducted by Kubenov E.S., Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law, for the 2nd and 3rd year groups BP 24/1R, POEB 24/1R, BP 23/1R, POEB 24/1R of the "Business Law" and "Legal Support of Economic Security" educational programmes, dedicated to explaining the Concept "Children of Kazakhstan" for 2026–2030. Students familiarised themselves with the key areas of state policy in the field of protecting the rights and welfare of children, discussed issues of security, psychological health, and the digital environment. Particular attention was paid to the cultivation of a legal culture, civic responsibility, and intolerance of violence. The events were held in a live dialogue format, enabling participants to engage actively in discussions of pressing social issues and to appreciate the role of youth in creating a safe environment for the younger generation. The tutorial sessions held became an important step in the university's educational outreach work aimed at developing students' social responsibility and legal awareness.
