In accordance with the educational work plan for students of the "Social Work" educational programme, a cultural and educational event was organised — a group visit to the cinema Eurasia Cinema7 .
Students of the group participated in the event Б-ӘЖ 24/1 Қ (1 группа) . As part of the event, students attended a screening of a feature film «Аватар» .
The aim of this educational event was to broaden students' cultural horizons, develop aesthetic sensibility, cultivate value orientations, and strengthen group cohesion and social interaction skills outside the classroom. The joint visit to the cinema contributed to creating a favourable psychological atmosphere within the student community and to developing the communicative culture of the participants.
The selection of the feature film was determined by its humanistic orientation, its emphasis on questions of human responsibility toward the environment, intercultural interaction, moral choice, and social responsibility — themes that align with the objectives of educational work within the framework of training future specialists in the field of social work.
During the event, students demonstrated organisation, discipline, and genuine interest. Following the screening, an informal discussion took place among the participants regarding the key ideas and value-related aspects of the plot, which contributed to the development of critical thinking and reflective skills.
