Within the framework of the Department of Management Week, an intellectual game competition entitled "Top Managers" was held among third-year students in the discipline "Communicative Competence of a Manager" under the guidance of Senior Lecturer Maria Bataikzy.
The competition programme consisted of 3 stages: a "self-presentation" business card — students introduced themselves as top managers; a "Business Case" — answering situational questions; and Determining the Competencies of a Manager.
The students participated actively in the competition and demonstrated a high level of theoretical knowledge and skills. Based on the results of the competition, the students of the Management specialisation and group 21/1:

Best Top Manager – Abdreeva Araylym
1st place – Zhakisheva Zhamel
2nd place – Aligozhinа pomegranate,
3rd place – Zhenisova Altynay.
Students and teachers from the 11th grade of Lyceum School No. 54 participated in this competition as guests. The school students expressed their gratitude to the students who participated in the "Top Management" competition of the "Management" department for their knowledge, experience, and aspiration to become university students.
