An important segment of the lecture concerned information on the psychological testing that is mandatory when entering the civil service. According to Arsen Zhakupov, the programme evaluates 13 personal qualities of the candidate: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, integrity, self-development, efficiency, consumer orientation, collaboration, activity management, decision-making, leadership, strategic thinking, and change management. Each parameter is assessed on the basis of 10 test tasks, making it possible to form a comprehensive candidate profile.

Following the meeting, students received practical recommendations for successful employment, learned about the intricacies of selection procedures, and were able to ask questions of interest. Such events constitute an important component of the university's engagement with professional organisations, contribute to enhancing the quality of specialist training, and help students better navigate the requirements of the labour market and career advancement opportunities.
