Студенты 2 курса образовательной программы «Туризм» посетили Национальную академическую библиотеку Республики Казахстан в городе Астана. Мероприятие было организовано PhD А.А.Маймуруновой и ст. преподавателями А.Г. Гиззатжановой, Е.М.Амангелді.
The excursion became an important cultural and educational event, enabling students to familiarise themselves with the activities of one of the country's leading information and educational centres.
During the excursion, students toured the library building, learned about the history of its establishment, its unique book collections, and contemporary digital capabilities. An overview excursion through the reading rooms, specialised sections, and multimedia resources was conducted.
Particular interest was generated by the book exhibition of the Academy of National Sports and Culture "Baluan Tas." The Innovation Centre is engaged in the preservation, development, and promotion of traditional Kazakh sports on the international stage. The principal objective of the project is to transmit to future generations the physical, spiritual-cultural, and intellectual values of the national heritage through sport. "Baluan Tas" strengthens the patriotic spirit and contributes to the formation of a national identity among young people.
The excursion took place in a lively and inspiring atmosphere, leaving students with vivid impressions and a sense of connection to the cultural wealth of their country.
Students express their gratitude to the staff of the National Academic Library for the detailed tour, the valuable information provided about the library's activities, and the opportunity to become acquainted with the unique project of the Academy of National Sports and Culture, «Baluan Tas». The exhibition and presentation on the role of the project in preserving and promoting traditional Kazakh sports became a true revelation for the students of Esil University.
