At present, within the framework of the assignment of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs to identify and attract talented individuals to the public sector, the "School of Young Civil Servants" is being implemented — a project aimed at attracting talented and active young people to public service and developing their competencies and professional excellence.
It should be noted that the primary objective of the project is to attract talented youth to public service and to form a personnel reserve. The school enables young leaders to gain theoretical and practical foundations alongside a one-month internship at government bodies.
