Acting Professor of the Department D.U. Balgimbekov, Candidate of Legal Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Law, conducted a discussion of the draft new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan with group BP 24/1 of the Business Law educational programme.
Students analysed the key provisions of the draft, expressed their own opinions, posed questions, and examined possible changes from the perspective of citizens' rights, the development of digital society, and the role of information technologies in the contemporary state. Such discussions contribute to the formation of students' civic stance, the development of critical thinking, and an understanding of the significance of the country's Basic Law in the life of society.
