The Training of Social Workers Was Discussed at the Eurasian National University

An expanded meeting of the project management group of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council of the Educational and Methodological Association in the field of Social Work training was held at Eurasian National University. Our university was represented by R.I. Burganova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work and Tourism.

An event was held on the theme "A Just Kazakhstan: Law and Order, Economic Growth, Social Optimism: The Role of Universities in Strengthening the Human Resource Potential of the Social Protection System." Representatives of government bodies, higher education institutions, and non-governmental organizations participated in the event.

The meeting was aimed at discussing strategic approaches and practical steps directed at strengthening the role of universities in developing the personnel potential of the social protection system within the framework of the "Fair Kazakhstan" concept.

Participants examined issues of training innovative specialists in the field of social work, discussed relevant aspects of continuing education for employees of the social protection system with the participation of universities, and addressed the role of employers in developing the competencies of future professionals in this field.
