The primary objective of the job fair was to assist unemployed citizens, graduates of educational institutions, and young people in finding employment by organizing direct dialogue between employers and job seekers. Participants had the opportunity not only to learn about available vacancies but also to attend interviews on-site, receive consultations on CV preparation, and plan their career trajectory.

Sultan Omirgaliyev, Head of the Department for Working with NEET Youth at the Youth Resource Centre "Astana Zhastary," underscored the importance of such events in supporting young citizens. "The Head of State has on numerous occasions emphasised that the development of human capital and comprehensive support for young people are among the most important priorities of state policy. This year we are holding our third job fair. Previously, similar events were organised at the Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S. Seifullin, as well as at the 'Barys Arena' venue, where a large-scale city-wide job fair for the unemployed was held. Today's event is aimed primarily at third- and fourth-year students," he noted.

Also addressing the audience was Nazgul Akhmetzhanova, Head of the Department of Civil Service Affairs of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Astana. She reported that as of today, there are approximately 300 vacancies in the territorial departments of central executive bodies and local executive bodies in the capital. "We are actively working to ensure that young specialists can find their place in the public service system. To this end, internships, career counselling, and support at all stages of employment are offered," added Akhmetzhanova.

The organisers emphasised that holding such fairs makes it possible not only to establish effective communication between employers and young people, but also to contribute to reducing the level of unemployment among young people in the capital.
