International Teaching Experience: Classes by a USUE Professor for Esil University Students

Within the framework of academic mobility of faculty members and mutual cooperation in the provision of educational services between Esil University and the Ural State University of Economics (Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation), Natalya Alexandrovna Istomina, Doctor of Economic Sciences and Professor of the Department of Finance, Monetary Circulation and Credit (UrSUE), delivered online classes in the discipline "State Budget" (in the volume of 3 ECTS credits) for second- and third-year students of the "Finance" educational programme from 16 March to 3 April 2026.

Professor Istomina N.A. addressed issues of budgetary technologies in the budget process and the formation of reserve funds, and presented the features of the mechanism for utilizing budgetary funds based on international experience and the practices of Kazakhstan and Russia.

Students actively participated in the lesson, demonstrating a high level of interest in the topics presented.
