Constitutional Debates: Practice That Shapes Professionals

As part of the educational process in the "Jurisprudence" specialisation, Group B-JUR 25/1 (Group 4) held an educational business game entitled "Constitutional Debates." The initiator of the event was lecturer Bernazarova R.D., Master's degree holder and Senior Lecturer.

The business simulation format enabled participants to move beyond traditional classroom settings and immerse themselves in real legal situations. Participants demonstrated not only their theoretical knowledge but also their ability to apply it in practice: analysing cases, defending their positions with well-reasoned arguments, and building constructive dialogue within the team.

The interactive atmosphere fostered the development of legal thinking and increased student engagement in the educational process. The high level of preparation demonstrated by participants served as clear evidence of the effectiveness of such forms of instruction.

Based on the results of the debates, the most active students were recognized with valuable prizes and certificates.
