Esil University completed a training seminar organized by the League of Academic Integrity, dedicated to the institutionalization and practical implementation of academic integrity principles in the university environment.

The event was attended by the university administration, heads of structural units of the university, academic and teaching staff, representatives of the student community, as well as experts in the field of higher education. The seminar served as an important platform for professional dialogue and the exchange of practical tools for cultivating a culture of integrity within the higher education system.
On the first day of the seminar, participants examined practical mechanisms for integrating academic integrity into the university's administrative and educational processes, as well as analysed typical risks and errors encountered in higher education institutions.
On the second day of the seminar, participants discussed the sustainable implementation of academic integrity, the role of administrative staff, and the development of internal policies. As a result, a three-year academic integrity assessment plan was developed for systematic monitoring.
The Rector of Esil University, Doctor of Economic Sciences Ayapbergen Taubayev, emphasized the strategic significance of such initiatives for the development of a modern university:
"Academic integrity is the foundation of trust in the university, in the quality of education, and in the graduate. For Esil University, it is important not merely to comply with formal requirements but to cultivate a holistic culture of integrity by engaging faculty, staff, and students. Seminars of this kind make it possible to move from declarations to real managerial and educational decisions," noted the rector.
The ceremony of awarding certificates to seminar participants took place with the participation of Akerke Abylaikhan, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education, who thanked the participants for their active engagement and support of the League's initiatives and outlined the key areas of cooperation in promoting academic integrity in Kazakhstan.
