A Poetry Marathon Dedicated to Abai’s Works Was Held at Esil University

The Department of Social Sciences and Humanities organised a poetry marathon, during which first- and second-year students recited poems by Abai as well as their own original works.

The event became a recitation competition in which participants demonstrated the art of expressive speech, speech culture, and a creative approach to interpreting both classical and original texts.

The poetry marathon was aimed at developing youth interest in the literary heritage of Kazakhstan, sustaining creative activity, and revealing the talents of students. The best reciters were recognized with certificates of merit and incentive prizes.
