The First International Scientific and Practical Conference on "Legal Protection of International Transactions and Contracts under Globalisation" was held at Esil University. The organisers were Esil University and the First Economic Arbitration. .

Margarita Odintsova, Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, noted the importance of the topics under discussion, emphasising the need to improve mechanisms for protecting business interests at the international level.
The conference proceedings encompassed several key areas, including the legal aspects of international transactions, dispute resolution practices, and the impact of global political and economic changes on business conduct.
As part of the event, a ceremonial opening of the legal laboratory established at Esil University also took place. The new center will serve as a venue for scientific research, specialist training, and the development of solutions in the field of international law.
