We officially declare: 1. The "Student Initiation" ceremony at Esil University is held annually on a free-of-charge basis. 2. The University does not sell tickets and has not authorised anyone to sell them. 3. Individual students who publish such announcements are acting unlawfully and not on behalf of the university.
