Academic Mobility as a Tool for Professional Development

As part of the development of inter-university cooperation and academic mobility, Lecturer of the School of Tourism at the NAO "International University of Tourism and Hospitality," Kurmanalieva Tansholpan Akzhankizy, visited Esil University with the aim of conducting practical classes and exchanging academic and professional experience, commencing 16 February 2026.

The sessions were organized with the active participation of representatives of the university's administration and faculty. The educational process involved Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Mukhamedzhanova A.A., Head of the Department of Social Work and Tourism Sadykov Zh.A., Head of the Educational Programme "Tourism" Gizzatzhanova A.G., as well as other faculty members of the Department of Social Work and Tourism.

The collaborative work of the faculty members facilitated discussion of current issues in the training of tourism specialists, the exchange of methodological approaches, and the examination of modern forms of educational process organization. Such events contribute to improving the quality of education, developing academic partnerships, and implementing best educational practices.

Academic mobility for teaching staff is an important instrument of professional development and plays a significant role in strengthening inter-university ties and modernizing the educational process.
