Esil University Students Were Told About Employment in the Border Service of the National Security Committee

The Departments of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and Law, under the leadership of the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, PhD, Associate Professor Mukhamedzhanova A.A., organised a guest lecture providing an introduction to employment opportunities at the Border Control Directorate "Astana" of the Border Service of the National Security Committee.

The speakers included Deputy Head of the Border Control Directorate "Astana" of the Border Service of the National Security Committee Durmanov M.Zh., Ph.D. Zhukova A.A., and Officer of the Educational, Ideological and Personnel Service Division of the Border Control Directorate "Astana" of the Border Service of the National Security Committee Tulebayev D.Zh.

The guest lecture was organised for first- to third-year students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences in the following specialisations: Customs Affairs, Legal Support of Economic Security, Information Systems, Information Technologies and Data Protection, Computing and Software Engineering, and Jurisprudence.

During the guest lecture, the principal stages of border service procedures were explained; students actively posed questions, and brochures from the Border Control Directorate "Astana" of the Border Service of the Committee for National Security were distributed. Further collaborative work is planned for the development of dual-degree specialist training and the subsequent employment of graduates.
