The high award was presented by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek, for significant achievements in scientific and pedagogical activities, for strengthening the rule of law and legal order, and for a substantial contribution to the development of national jurisprudence.
Alpysbay Dyuisembayevich is the author of a number of fundamental scientific works and monographs that have made a significant contribution to the development of legal theory and practice in Kazakhstan. For his conscientious work and high professionalism, the professor has been awarded honorary certificates and letters of gratitude on numerous occasions.
