Gulmira Tagibergenovnа Azieva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Information Systems, conducted a tutorial hour on the topic "Academic Integrity" for her tutorial groups.
During the class, the academic advisor noted that academic integrity is a principle of conduct based on honesty and fairness in the processes of learning, teaching, and scholarly research. She emphasized that this principle reflects an individual's responsibility for their own work, respect for the work of others, and a conscientious attitude toward the acquisition of knowledge.
The curator also emphasized that this principle applies not only to students, but also to instructors, researchers, and all participants in the educational process.

Misappropriation of Another's Work — one of the forms of academic dishonesty.
Плагиат — use of another author's ideas or text without indicating the source;
Списывание — use of another person's work during an examination or the completion of an assignment;
Provision of False Information — dissemination of false information about one's own achievements or research results;
Furthermore, the Dean addressed matters of student discipline and conduct within the university, and shared information and personal experience regarding the pressing issue of fraud.
At the conclusion of the meeting, students were reminded that academic integrity is not only a requirement of Esil University, but also an important component of the professional reputation and personal responsibility of future specialists.
